These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the website means you accept any revised terms.

2. Products & Pricing

Prices may change without notice due to stock availability, supplier changes, or market fluctuation.

We offer both full-pack food and small, repacked quantities for customer convenience.

All repacked items are handled hygienically, but original brand packaging guarantees may not apply.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Orders may be canceled if incorrect information is provided.

4. Payment

We accept:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash

Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery or online (if chosen).

5. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier services.

Delivery charges vary based on location, weight, and courier fees.

Estimated delivery times may vary due to courier delays or external circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

Food items cannot be returned once opened or used.

Full-pack sealed items may be returned within 48 hours only if:

The wrong product was delivered
The product was damaged during shipment

Repacked small-portion food is not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds will be processed after verification and may take 3–7 working days.

7. Authenticity

We guarantee that all full-pack products are 100% original and sourced from authorized distributors.

Repacked food is taken from genuine products and packed in hygienic, safe conditions.

8. Privacy

Your personal information (name, phone number, address) is used only for order processing and delivery.

We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except courier partners.
